Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via the contact page. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital products and memberships

Digital products and subscription memberships (including alert-channel access) are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law. You may cancel a membership at any time to stop future billing.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
